Answer a few questions. I’ll recommend a photography start time, advise on First Look, and draft a timeline.
(Family & couple portraits are typically photographed during cocktail hour. If you want to join cocktail hour, we’ll shift portraits earlier and/or add a short sunset mini-session.)

1) Basics

With 4 hours, we’ll focus on key moments (ceremony, portraits, a couple reception highlights). Getting ready is usually None or Quick, and cocktail hour may be used for portraits.
With 5 hours, we can cover ceremony, family, couple portraits, and 1–2 reception highlights. Getting ready is typically Quick or Medium; Full is discouraged unless you trim elsewhere.
If set, the schedule will build from this start. We’ll flag if this starts too late to cover your chosen pre-ceremony items.

1b) Top Priorities (pick 3)

These help place the 4–10 hour coverage window around what matters most.

2) Getting Ready & Details

For 4 hours, choose None or Quick for getting ready to keep the day relaxed.
At 5 hours, Full prep will compress portraits/reception. Consider Medium or add an hour.
With 4–5 hours, 30 minutes of details may not fit unless we trim elsewhere. Consider 15 minutes or moving some décor details to reception room setup.

3) Couple Portraits

3.5) Cocktail Hour Preference

(Family & couple portraits are typically during cocktail hour.)

4) Family Photos

A “family grouping” = one arrangement of people (e.g., you with parents, you with siblings). Each takes ~2–3 minutes.

For 4 hours, family photos will be scheduled immediately after the ceremony (not split) to protect time.

5) Bridal Party Photos

You can do sides-only party photos pre-ceremony even without a First Look (separate locations). Full combined party happens after the ceremony.

6) First Look

7) Reception

“Faux/staged exit” is common if you’re not keeping the photographer to the very end.
If you enter exact times above, the timeline will pin those moments accordingly.
